A collective of award winning filmmakers and conservationist, Runaway Planet combines the fire in the belly motivation of a new start-up with the insider’s know how of seasoned professionals who’ve collectively racked up over two decades of experience in the fields of entertainment, communication and conservation.

Our experience spans the gamut of conservation strategy, documentaries, lifestyle and reality television, corporate AV’s, music videos, Advertisements, scripting, website, graphic and strategic design. Our clients include blue chip Indian companies like SAIL, Amul, Tata and international agencies like UNDP, Oxfam, Alliance Francaise, Benetton and Conservation Leadership Programme. We have also worked with various Indian state governments  like  Gujarat, Andaman & Nicobar Administration and Madhya Pradesh and Ministries like the Ministry of External Affairs, the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, the Development Commissioner Handicrafts and the Ministry of Environment & Forests

Our programmes have aired on prestigious channels like Star TV, National Geographic, Fox Traveler, ET Now and Doordarshan in India as well as channels like PBS, VH1 and MTV in the United States, BBC One, Diverse TV in the UK. ‘Ganga: Ribbon of Life’, directed by Anirban Dutta Gupta has taken part in numerous prestigious film festivals, winning the Panda Award for Best Film from Developing Countries at the prestigious Wildscreen Awards in Bristol, popularly called the ‘Green Oscars.’
